Harrah's Digital Rewards
Harrah's Digital Rewards brings our Total Rewards members exclusive benefits delivered directly to your desktop. When you install Harrah's Digital Rewards, you'll receive exciting discounts and offers.
How It Works
- Once you download and install the application, a purple star icon will appear in your Windows system tray, confirming the application was successfully installed and is running on your computer.
- When Harrah's NKC sends an offer to your Harrah's Digital Rewards application, you will hear a sound and a brief animation will appear. If the application has disappeared, click on the purple and red flashing star icon in your system tray to display available offers.
- Click on the "View Offer" link to log in and view your offer from the Harrah's Total Rewards website.
- Redeem your offer!
Downloading & Installing
- Click on the "Download Now" Button. A dialog box for the Harrah's Digital Rewards Setup Wizard will appear on your screen, guiding you through the steps required to install the application on your computer. Click "Next" to proceed.
- The application will install Harrah's Digital Rewards to the specified directory "C:\Program Files\Harrahs\Harrahs Digital Rewards". Click on "Browse" if you'd like to specify a different folder. Continue following the instructions in the Installation Wizard. On the Add Account screen, enter and confirm your Total Rewards Number and Name of each participating user, then Click "OK" to complete the installation process.
- Once you have successfully installed the Harrah's Digital Rewards application, a purple star icon will appear on your Windows taskbar, within the system tray.

Policy Changes
Harrahs North Kansas City, LLC. reserves the right to modify its Policies for Privacy and Use at any time. In the event that we make a material change to our policy we will notify you of the change.
Your Right to Use this Software
You may download this copyrighted Software for your personal and non-commercial use. Harrah's North Kansas City, LLC. grants to you a nonexclusive, limited, non-perpetual, single user license. Harrahs North Kansas City, LLC. may change, update, modify the Software or terminate your use of the Software or terminate the program at any time. Harrahs North Kansas City, LLC. may access your computer to perform maintenance on the Software and to install updates. These updates are also governed by this agreement. Uninstall
You may uninstall the Software and terminate this agreement at any time. You may not retain any copies of the Software if you perform an uninstall procedure. If you uninstall you will not receive the services provided by the Software.
Miscellaneous
This "Policies for Privacy and Use" is the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Kansas City, Missouri.

1. What is the Harrah's Digital Rewards application?
Harrah's Digital Rewards is a free software application that notifies our North Kansas City (NKC) Total Rewards patrons when new promotions and privileges - specific to their Total Rewards tiered level of membership - are available. It is a stand-alone application that runs in the user's system tray while the computer is on and connected to the Internet.
Harrah's Digital Rewards communicates with a secured database server to periodically check for the latest offers associated with your Total Rewards number, and then delivers them to you right on your desktop.
2. How do I check to see if Harrah's Digital Rewards is installed on my computer?
Once installed, you will see a purple Harrah's Entertainment star icon located in your system tray which is typically located at the bottom of your screen.
If you have exited Harrah's Digital Rewards, you can access it by locating the directory in which the application was saved. Otherwise by default, click on the "Start" button in Windows and mouse over "All Programs". Locate and mouse over "Harrah's," then click on "Digital Rewards" to turn on the application.
3. What do the different color Harrah's star icons in the system tray indicate?
The status of your Harrah's Digital Rewards application is indicated by the color of the Harrah's star icon.
- Gray - The application is in the pending state. This occurs when you have not filled in at least one Total Rewards number or if you have not completed the installation wizard.
- Purple - The application is in the passive state. This occurs when there are no new offers available.
- Flashing Red - The application is in the active state. This occurs when there are new offers available. Harrah's Digital Rewards will remain active until you check the offers or if the offer has expired.
4. How do I check for updates?
Users must manually update to grab the latest version of Harrah's Digital Rewards. To check for updates, mouse over the Harrah's star icon in the system tray then right-click and select the "Check for Update" option. A dialog box will appear, displaying a message that you either have the latest version installed or will indicate that the installation of the new version is available. If an update is available, click "Yes" to go to the website and download the latest version of the application.
5. How do I add, edit or remove Total Rewards members?
First, mouse over the Harrah's star icon in the system tray then right-click and select "Preferences". Then, follow the steps below:
- Adding Total Rewards Members - Click on the "Add" button. Fill out the member's Total Rewards # and name in the form fields, then click "OK".
- Editing Total Rewards Name - To edit the Name associated with a Total Rewards #, select the row you want to edit and click "Edit".
- Deleting a Total Rewards Member - Click on the row you want to delete, then click "Delete". A dialog box will prompt you to confirm the deletion of the Total Rewards Member. Click "Yes" to delete.
6. How do I turn off Harrah's Digital Rewards?
To turn off the application, mouse over the Harrah's star icon in the system tray. Right-click, then click "Exit". A dialog box will prompt you to confirm exiting the Harrah's Digital Awards application. Click "Ok" to exit.
7. How do I uninstall Harrah's Digital Rewards?
To uninstall the Harrah's Digital Awards application from your computer, go to the Start menu and click on "Control Panel". In the Windows Control Panel, click on the "Add or Remove Programs" icon.
Once you click on "Add or Remove Programs", you will see a list of currently installed programs on your computer. Harrah's Digital Rewards will be listed as one of those programs. Select the Harra's Digital Rewards then click the "Remove" button.
8. Why do I receive a security warning saying "An unidentified program wants access to your computer" when I start up my computer or when I open the Harrah's Digital Rewards application?
A security warning is an expected behavior on the Windows Vista operating system. When Windows Vista prompts you with the warning, simply click on the "Continue" button to continue. Please note that your security will not be compromised in any way should you allow the program to run.
