Jorjadze came to the United States in the mid-1990s from Georgia. After serving in many roles at restaurants such as Red Lobster, the Cheesecake Factory, Tomfooleries, Red Star Tavern and Bravo Cucina Italiana, Jorjadze joined the Cordish Company in building the Maker’s Mark Bourbon House & Lounge flagship restaurant in the Power & Light District.

Strohm has been working in restaurants since he graduated from high school, collecting over 15 years of experience in the industry. As he learned the business, he eventually worked his way up to bartender, and he hasn’t looked back. He has worked at Kelly’s in Westport, R Bar in the West Bottoms and the Kill Devil Club in the Power & Light District, among other well-known establishments.
